Christopher
Drozd

Yin yoga teacher, Christopher Drozd, has been a professional fitness coach since the mid-1980s, and has been teaching Yin yoga since 2007. His long hold, deep stretch classes stimulate the Yin tissues - the fascia, ligaments, joint capsules, and joints themselves - safely and effectively. Primary areas of focus are the hips and low back. The series of floor-borne postures are generally familiar and accessible, making Yin yoga a great choice for students of any level of ability and experience. As well, the practice is quite meditative, and ultimately relaxing. Christopher strongly advocates for Yin yoga as an integral part of a proper fitness plan.
